We Are Hiring Sales Supervisor

MEZZAN is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join its growing team in the FMCG sector.

Requirements:
▪️ University or college graduate (preferred)
▪️ Minimum 6+ years of sales experience (preferably FMCG)
▪️ Strong knowledge of sales operations, route planning, and distribution management
▪️ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
▪️ Strong analytical, mathematical, planning, and organizational skills
▪️ Ability to supervise and support merchandisers, marketers, and field teams
▪️ Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
▪️ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, collections, and market feedback
